Total Safari mess after updating to 11.3.1

Just updated to OSX 11.3.1 and it was not a good move. Safari made a total mess in favourite bookmarks: suddenly many very old ones deleted ages ago appeared there too, many doubled etc. Adguard stopped working, had to install it again. Kind of messy neglected work from Apple side ?
 
And now I can see that all my favourites bookmarks on iPhone in Safari were deleted. Thank you, Apple.
