I have spent 6 hours of my life getting my defective iP6 replaced.

Yes, they did send me a new phone, but it is after several rounds of blank the phone and set up as new? Blank the phone and restore from back up.

Each call, you go into 2 queues and I am on hold for 15-30 minutes each time before you get a live person.

It is no a good system. and its frustrating,

Try calling your electric company. That's fun. Last wait I had was 145 minutes. That was all due to them charging me extra and not questioning the fact that it was nearly double. Turns out my neighbor had been siphoning. Total time on the call: 167 minutes.

richest company in the world. billions of cash!

you'd think they can afford a few CSR.

This forum is just full of whiners!!

You certainly fit well in here then.

Back on topic, I think that if a company charges premium prices, they should provide a premium service. To be fair, sometimes Apple is amazingly good at customer service, but sometimes it is just rubbish.
