Touch Bar Confusion

Morning All,

Just bought the new MBP with touch bar and wonder why it works strangely in the Photos app.

The filmstrip appears in the touch bar if I select the main Photos directory (top of the sidebar) but not in any albums - even "All Photos" - and I have to scroll with the scroll bar.

I would have thought it should appear throughout, whenever the scroll bar is required at least - i.e. with more than a page full of pics?

Any thoughts?
