macOS v10.14.3 has been messing with my folder timestamps.
I try fixing it by using the "touch -r" command: e.g. touch -r subfolder mainfolder

I see the timestamp of mainfolder change to match subfolder, then it instantly changes back to the current/bad timestamp.

Ideas?
