MY second touch has splotches all over the back of the case on the chrome an my first had a negative black screen. I am getting impatient not long until I just ask for an iphone.

My current iPod Touch is screwed up as well. It has at least 25 stuck white pixels. I'm getting a refund and taking my $400 elsewhere if the replacement they send me doesn't have a perfect LCD. 😉
