Whenever I try to purchase something on my touch it says:

"Your account information has changed. Go to the iTunes Store on your computer and update your Billing Info."

I know this may sound extreme, but did you try updating your billing info?

IMO a letter to corporate should solve this. Unacceptable if you ask me.

If you have registered a credit card with them, it may be that it's expired and you have to update the expiration date.

I would say, "Is there any other Brightwell?", but I know that's not true.

After the first time I synced up my iPhone I got a message that popped up on my Mac asking to to update my iTunes billing info. Weird thing was, when I went to my account info, the name and phone number had been changed to someone else's (but address was still mine). I contacted Apple and I thought my account had been hacked, so I changed my password but no unauthorized purcahses or anything had been made.....

My iPhone's doing this. Normally I'd do what it says. However I haven't got Internet access for a while. Is there any way I can access the billing info on apples site on my iPhone?
I changed my addresses way before I moved house.

there is a solution to this. log back into your itunes account and change the billing info to none (next to card selection) and save it. then go back in and re-enter the card details. this will stop u banging your head against a brick wall. happy days:)
