Touch ID cable broken during screen replacement, Can I upgrade iOS without Error 53?

I was replacing one of my iPhone 6 phones screens. the Cable for touch ID broke accidentally. Will I be able to upgrade to 11.1 from 11.0.3 or will I get error 53
