After I jailbroke my phone I noticed something in the top left corner of my phone every time I used Touch ID to unlock my 5s. It looks like a white smudge. It only happens when I use Touch IDto unlock my phone, if I just enter my pin in to unlock, it doesn't happen. I took a quick video, put it my DropBox and attached a screenshot.

It's actually the zoomed in corner of the 's' under the maps icon. I remember something similar happened with the iOS 7 betas but have no idea how to fix it.

Strange. I just did a restore on my 5s and removed Cydia and it doesn't happen now.
