Touch ID gone!

After installing the most recent beta my Touch ID no longer works. Going into settings it saw there was a fingerprint but there is no option to enable it.

IT doesn't even show the ability to add a fingerprint.

Update. I did a restart and all is kosher again. Touch ID enabled and usable. BUT I did fill out a feedback, it should never have been disabled in the first place.
