Did anyone notice that the touch ID on the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are quicker than they use to be? I have the 6s+ and my wife have the 6s, and both iPhone's touch ID sensor are very sensitive. As soon as I click the Home Button to turn on the screen it automatically unlock the iPhone. It's great that it's sensitive, however I sometimes just like to read the notification on screen and not unlock the phone. I tried looking for some kind of setting for the Touch ID but there doesn't seem to be any. Anyone else experience this?

It's supposed to be that way, I think it was mentioned as a feature for the 6s.

I personally love it. It's so quick.

If I need to read the notifications, I'll just click the power button on the side, or look at the notifications after I unlock it.

Better way is to just use another finger.

I guess I have to get use to doing that (hitting power) I got used to the 5s where it doesn't automatically triggers unlock when I hit the home button.

I just use the power button to check the time or see a notification now.

Unfortunately if you do this a few times then it disables Touch ID. Since it it scanning the unregistered finger it disables Touch ID after a few tries. If this isn't changed we probably just have to get used to using the power button more.
