Touch owners with bad screens - bring it back!

    I went to the Apple store this evening to ask the Genius about getting an exchange. He noticed the problem immediately, didn't give me a hard time, and told me that they are sending defective units back to Apple to get the problem investigated. So, if any of you out there have bad screens, take it back! They will send it to Apple, and the more of these we send back, the quicker we get this issue resolved. They were out, but are getting more tomorrow, so they put me on priority 1 of getting a new one as soon as they come in.

    Yeah, I had pretty much the same experience at my local Apple Store. They actually had me come back and drop the thing off later on after I'd gone home.

    Nice! That is exactly what I wanted to hear. I have an appointment with a Genius shortly. I will post back with what happens.

    Are they supposed to email me a confirmation of my genious bar appointment because I haven't gotten one.

    Apple's customer service has always been great.

    Nope. They will probably email you after your appt with a survey.
