I had a week 36 that had the screen issues so I took it back to get an exchange this morning. I had three different employees tell me that it looked absolutely normal and had no issues.
I even showed them the nano screen and iphone screen so they could see the difference and they still said that it looked normal.
Ultimately they refunded my money (they had no more in stock)... but shouldn't they be aware of the issue by now?

I'm thinking that maybe they do know about it, but have been instructed not to admit it. I didn't have to fight too hard to get my money back, but my screen was OBVIOUSLY defective and they just refused to admit it.

I personally had to make a scene in the Apple Store nearest to where I live because they simply would not work with me and would not give me my money back for my defective touch!
