iPhone 5c. In Accessibility, selected the option for "Hold Duration." Touch screen stopped responding to any and all input. Had to restore phone via iTunes back to 8.4. When iOS 9 was reinstalled, the touch screen stopped functioning again. Second restore via iTunes fixed again. Going to try deleting all settings and then reinstall iOS 9. Will post results.

Same issue. However, I rebooted soon after I switched it, and now it will not let me sign in via Touch ID and so the screen is useless. It won't let me sync to iTunes because it's locked, so I can't restore. Is there anything else I should do before going to the Genius Bar etc. or would they even be able to help me?
