Touch Screen eMac

Hi, I was going to get a 1.42 eMac and buy a 17" touchscreen CRT and put it in the eMac. Just wanted to know your thoughts/ideas.

As pistooli said, get a TFT, it'll be much, much easier.

I don't know if its still offered but I believe Troll Touch used to have conversions for iMac G3/ eMac computers.

Thanks for all the replies this is great.🙂 Multiple people are telling me to go with TFT so I guess that's what I'll do. I just like the feel of CRT. Also never thought of having a company do it for me. Good idea just a little out of my budget for a 2005 computer. Thank you much. The eMac can run leopard (quite well) and there is a driver for leopard (all the way back to Jaguar) found it on elo's web site.😀
