I have a recently bought iPhone 7 with some strange touch screen issues.

When I'm scrolling certain apps (like Safari or Reddit), I get a strange 'jitter' when i press and hold my finger in place. It's like it goes up and down while my finger lays still on the screen. I never got this on my iPhone 6 Plus.

Another issue I'm having is with the 3D Touch. When I try to peek and pop a link on a website, it doesn't work properly. The peek usually shows up and then just immediately goes into the full link, like it's very unresponsive.

Anyone else having these issues? I'm wondering if it's iOS11 or hardware related.

This might be a hardware issue. Are you in a position to compare with another device?

Sadly, I'm beginning to think it is. And no, I don't have another iPhone 7 nearby to check.

The most confusing part is that it doesn't happen in all apps. That's the only thing making me wonder if it's iOS 11 related.

I bought it from someone else, but it's only 2 weeks old and under a warranty. Hopefully I won't have any problems replacing it.
