Has anyone else noticed a high latency and not accurate touch screen in some occasions?
When I try to put the volume up/down with the remote music player, or when I set the targets with Workout (increase/decrease the goal), sometimes I have to try 4/5 times before the watch responds, and I have to tap harder than I should... I also noticed this problem when I try to go back on previews pages of the apps tapping the top left corner, or more rarely when I click on an app icon on the home screen.
But when I move around the icons on the home page, everything is perfect, even if I touch the borders of the screen, it responds perfectly, so this make me think of a software issue more than hardware.
Anyone else? :S

Isn't it easier to adjust the volume and the goals using the digital crown.

It feels like this for me too, but my iPhone 6 plus also feels like this at times. I recently came from a HTC One m8 and the touch screen on that was super super sensitive and never missed a touch. So i don't know if it's just apple touch screens or the software.

My 6+ is perfect, I only have this problem with the watch

This problem with the Apple Watch touch sensitivity is driving me absolutely crazy. The fact that I have to start a "workout" 5 times because it didn't recognize the first 4 attempts is ridiculous. I recently went for an outdoor run and started the run on the watch only to realize sometime later that it actually never started.

Same thing for ending a workout. It's really hacking me off.

Also, if I have sweaty fingers, you can forget ending a workout until you've found a towel.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I've noticed this stating workouts, and also dismissing or stopping alarms. It's actually pretty annoying and I'm really hoping that this is can be solved with software. I've never had this problem on any of my iPhones.

Of course it is, but I'm trying to understand if my watch is the only one with this "problem", out of curiosity

Mine does this too. I'm really hoping it's a software thing. The touch screen is not nearly as responsive as I'm used to on Apple products. I was trying to dismiss a phone call and literally had to press the red button 4 or 5 times. It really pissed me off.

I've experienced this as well, particularly within the music app, and it has been really frustrating. I noticed recently that it was getting worse, and then yesterday the entire watch came to a standstill, meaning almost no responsiveness at all in any app.

I tried to shut the watch off and couldn't even move the slider to the right to do that. The only thing I could do was go into Settings and reset everything and pair the watch again with the phone. After doing this the touchscreen is much more responsive and the watch much more snappy, to use that phrase.

I don't know what happened but hope this is not something that needs to be done every few weeks.

Am I the only one who doesn't have this problem. Just to be sure, even though I've done it many times, I just tried adjusting the volume, setting up a workout and playing around a bit and there was no issue. Worked every time.

Aside from the obvious delay with some apps loading I've not had any issues with my touch screen at all.
Is it a type of glass thing maybe? I've got a SS, could the Ion-X be different or do you good people have a mix of models. I'm just curious as to why some people have difficulty with it and I don't, not that I'm complaining. Actually I'm just curious about everything in general :D

I have the SS watch as well, so likely not a sapphire vs. ion-x thing.
