iPod touch Touch Screen Not Working in my Ipod Touch

Touch screen stopped working out of no where and i'm almost positive it's not under warranty anymore. The other buttons work like the home button and ****, but the touchscreen won't work
here is a screenshot of my issue..i am really glad your help

Okay... That isn't a touchscreen. it's an LCD display & it's cracked. You need to have it replaced.
