My fella has been having issues with his iPhone 7. The TouchID does not work occasionally (phone says it does not recognize it) and he gets a separate screen and text box that prompts him to enter his passcode. It’s slowing him down a bit. This happen to anyone else? Tips?

Tell your fellow to delete his finger prints and re-enter them to see if that helps. Also if his fingers are wet or very dry it can cause problems, too.
