Tracking order with fedex

Recently i order the new imac and a superdrive.

In bot case, when checking the tracking with the ipad, never it update... Always stay like the first time i look at it... In the iphone it change when new scan are made, in the old macbook the same, it change.... But not in the ipad... Always stay like the first time watching.... I try reload, erasing history, cookies... Nothing !!!
