The problem I have with sleep apps (I use AutoSleep and SleepWatch) is that I don't think they accurately record your quality of sleep. I mean, sometimes they will tell me I have had a great sleep but I feel tired all day and other times it'll say I've had a crap sleep but I feel OK all day!

This can also have the opposite effect. Sometimes when I feel tired it will perk me up a bit if the app tells me I have slept well, but if I feel OK but the app says I didn't sleep well it can make me feel down!

I can't decide if they are a good idea or not. I mean, wearing your Apple Watch to bed in itself will not improve your sleep. I also quite like the idea of putting it on charge and waking up to a 100% charged watch, ready for the day. Still undecided here...

i see people asking about sleep apps. Which one is best etc. My question is this... if you track your sleep why? Unless you have a sleeping problem, why would you wear your watch to bed and track your sleep? I am really curious as this is not something I would consider, yet I see many asking about it.

All sleep APP are useless they way I like it to work is this: when I sleep and my O2 level go too low I like the watch to wake me up by the vibration,
I don't need the watch to tell me in the morning how was my sleeping it may be to late
