Trackpad cracked

Just saw that my trackpad is cracked, i promise you guys that i don't have done any violence on the machine, only normal usage.

The Macbook Pro is a mid 2010 so the warranty is gone.

Here is a picture of the crack. As you could see there is NOT done by any type of violence at all.

How could i get this on the warranty? If this was done by myself i had not posted this.

you could do an out of warranty repair, If you get a sympathetic genuis they may do it for free.

Or if you have any experience you can purchase a new trackpad off ebay and install it yourself.

I bought one off Ebay for less than $20. It was super easy to install. You just remove the battery and it's 4 tiny screws that holds the trackpad.
