Hey ya'll,

Whenever I accidentally let the power drain on my aluminum macbook, which cause me to boot up from where I left off, everything works fine except all of my trackpad gestures stop working completely. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is my only option restarting my computer or is there some way to reset it (without losing my preferences)?

Thanks,
Clayne

Just reboot your computer. You won't loose any preferences. They should all still be there when the computer turns back on.

but you always recovered later when you reboot the machine properly?

how reproducible is the problem?

its either a OSX glitch, or a browser glitch. you can figure out by trying different browsers. If you are using safari now, try firefox 3.5 beta4, if you are using firefox now, try safari.
