In webpages or documents, after scrolling vertically with the trackpad, the view will often jump back to the initial position.

What seems to trigger it is if you're not scrolling in perfectly vertical direction, but with a bit of an angle. This was fine for scrolling in 10.8, however.

It is HIGHLY annoying and breaks scrolling badly... Can anyone confirm seeing this problem too?

No. I've had no scrolling issues with two-finger scrolling on my Magic Trackpad on my Mac mini.

I know what you mean, but I seem to have adjusted(probably scrolling closer to perfectly vertical) after a few hours and don't notice it much if at all anymore.

I made a video that shows the problem...

Notice how the page jumps back after scrolling downwards

It's really easy to reproduce, if you scroll downwards with an angle, then it will happen a lot. Seems very distracting compared to how it worked in 10.8.
