Trackpad stutters. Why??

Can someone tells me why my trackpad stutters? just happened today. multi touch works fine, but single finger mouse use stutters and skips. Room temp is 60 degrees.

I'd reset your PRAM. I've had similar experiences until I did so.

It could be that your electrical cable is insufficiently grounded

weird, but the stutter issue stopped, I didn't do anything. I'll reset the PRAM anyway. Thanks

Sometimes getting greasy stuff on the trackpad will cause it to act funny. I usually wipe mine down pretty thoroughly if this happens.
