Has anyone had wrist pain from using the trackpad? If so did you find any solutions like a wrist rest or something else?

I've tried the magic mouse but that was even worse, didn't even feel like a mouse and so uncomfortable (although I am coming from 20+ years of using the Microsoft Intellimouse)

When I’m doing any heavy work, prefer a mouse. My favorite is the Logitech 650. It’s super quiet and tracking/scrolling are excellent.

I use a Magic Mouse and its comfortable for me, but not so much a trackpad.
Have you tried a wrist rest to increase the height of you hand in relation to the trackpad, that way your wrist will remain in a more natural position maybe?

Wrist rest causes extra strain. Make sure your desk height is right for you and have your hand and wrist working as straight as possible. Find a comfy mouse if that works better.

Make sure when you sit at your desk that your wrist/lower arm is at a 90 degree angle to your upper arm. Everything else puts strain on your shoulder and/or wrist.
