Tracpad not "clicking" ?

Just opened my new Macbook Pro, I am walking through the setup and I am stuck on the Region section.....tracpad scrolls but does not click on desired option ?? Is the Computer just taking a long ass time to warm up?

You can't you need to ask a mod to do so. What was the problem?
