From what I understand they give you a return label. Is it for UPS or Fedex? FedEx drop off is a bit difficult for me. Sorry for such a mundane question.

I've done the trade in the last couple of years and it's always been FedEx. I remember because, like you, my FedEx drop off isn't the easiest option. Oh well. At least you don't have to go to the store to trade it in!

If it was a few weeks in and there was stock, I would probably do it in store. But since its the release and stock could be lacking I may do it by mail. The fedex office store is a little drive from me. I guess I can endure it. I don’t think staples accepts drop off labels (I may be wrong about this) and I don’t really trust them. I heard stories of them opening up packages and the like.

Yeah, I agree with you. I don't have Staples where I live but Office Depot and Walgreens both accept FedEx packages. I might use them for other ones but I don't trust them when sending back my iPhone. Too much could possibly go wrong and I know that the store would blame FedEx and FedEx would blame the store and I would still be out a phone. No thanks. I'll just drive my yearly pilgrimage (lol...it's not THAT far, just out of the way) to the official FedEx location and send off my phone.

Yeah the third party places where you can drop off your package usually don’t have good reputations. At least in the past it was like that.

I would assume Fedex.

if you search on fedex.com you can find places like Walgreens where you can drop off package for fedex. Ask for a receipt.

I always drop mine off at my local fedex print and ship center and they know me very well that I trust them.

Places like Fedex print and ship are reliable. It’s the third party ones, I question. Such as Staples, Walgreens, and the like. I’ll make the trip to one of the Fedex office stores.
