I’ve used them before. Went very well. Their price was very competitive to what I would have gotten on sites like eBay. They didn’t alter the quoted price and they paid very quickly.
Just be sure you’re absolutely honest about the state of your device. Keep in mind they inspect the phones under ultra bright lights. You personally might still consider the display ‘as new’ because it’s only got 1 or 2 ‘barely visible’ scratches, but they’ll see it and consider its state as ‘very good’ instead of ‘as new’ (which will result in a new, lower price).
I’ve seen people on the internet sending in basically pretty hammered devices, while listing them as “very good” and than be surprised when Swappie quotes a new, lowered price.
Basically, don’t disappoint yourself by lying. Be critical, be honest, and than, in my experience, the process will be good.
