My case is different, I had originally placed 3 iPhone orders with trade in options, 2 were under my name and the other one was under my wife's name, well i ended up returning one of the 2 that were under my name, in the meantime the trade in boxes were on their way to my home and arrived about 5 days later, well, apparently when i sent in my iPhone i put it in the box with the label of the phone i returned back to the store, the problem is the boxes no where is there an order number to match your order, my wife's was fine because the label had her name, but in my case the other two kits had my name on them, well, to make the story short, i put in my iPhone in the the trade in box of the iPhone I returned, and so now it appears they are still waiting for me to ship my phone, i do have the correct tracking number of the other box which was the one i mailed them, but now it seems, apple nor bright star know how to fix this issue, which was not my fault, because as i said earlier the boxes and label don't have the order numbers on them anywhere, just your name. any have any suggestions on how i can fix this issue? Because since 09/30/2019 that they received the phone I have not received my trade in phone back, nor any trade in value amount, my wife already had hers email approving her amount.
