I don't think we could live more than 25 miles from a Trader Joes, 90% of our food comes from there with the other 10% from Whole Foods, and maybe a quarterly trip to a "regular" supermarket for things we can't get at either of those places. Around us, WFM tends to be much more crowded than TJs unless you hit a bad time of day, but that may be since we have 3 TJs within a 10 mile radius.

Be sure to check the label on your soy cheese! Most of the ones I've looked at are milk/cream free, but are NOT completely devoid of milk derivatives like whey or casein which can still cause a reaction in some people. [My son has a severe milk allergy which manifests at low levels as eczema]. If you want to be sure it's milk and derivative free, make sure you buy the vegan soy "cheese", but I've only seen it at WFM.I can't have milk products anymore (SEVERE eczema), so I go there to get Soy replacements. Best Soy cheese I've ever had.![]()
