Trading in kit?

It says my trade in is supposed to be shipped but I haven’t received a box or at least a label ? My mbp came Thursday ? How long does it usually take and do they send a tracking number ?

I received my MBP last Tuesday and the trade in box arrived yesterday. I didn't receive any tracking number other than an email from Fedex stating I had a package on the way since I'm signed up for any notifications with them.
