I opened it though. And I already got the shipping tags to send it back, do you think the guy on the phone at apple didn't realize? I'll send it and see how it goes....

I am too in the same in the same boat. I'll return my 2.0, but i wish you didn't have to pay the restocking fee. So i'll get more stuff for $25 less instead of 150 less.
 
About 2 years ago I bought my wife a MacBook at my local Apple store and returned it less than a week later for the higher-end model. Since I bought a machine more expensive than the one I was returning, the store manager waived the restocking fee. Not sure if they still can do that or not, but its worth a shot.

I will certainly try. The restocking fee isn't that big of a deal to me, its basically like I upgraded the RAM but I'm getting more features as a free bonus.
