iPad mini Trading in my 12.9 for a mini

So I’m thinking about trading in my 2018 12.9 for a mini 6. Has anyone done this or something similar? If so can you post your thoughts? I am using my MacBook more and more and have stopped using my 12.9 honestly because I don’t like carrying around a 13 inch MacBook and my 13 inch iPad. Would love the small form factor. Thanks!

I’ve gotten an iPad mini in addition to my iPad 12.9 and 13 inch MBP. I thought I’d use the iPad mini more for reading and quick things in bed or on to go, but I’m not sure the mini is fitting in as well as I thought. Device overload maybe? Everyone has their own preference though.

I’m a 12.9 user and will likely pick up the Mini next year as a companion to my Pro. If you are not using the 12.9 then using the capital towards a Mini makes sense.

I honestly do not understand the need for two iPads for most people. and in your shoes, the mini absolutely would seem like a good fit. Try it out and see what you think.
