I have a friend who has an iphone that he pays the monthly bill for. His iPhone came with FW 1.0.2. I'm about to buy a new iPhone, so it will have 1.1.2. If I were to trade phones with him (so that I can unlock it), would he have to reactivate his sim since it is in a new phone? If so, would there be any problems since he has a valid data plan account?
