Scheduled delivery 10/27 - 11/2. Has anyone got their shipment details yet?
 
Nope mine moved from the 3rd of December to the 15th of November a couple weeks ago but hasn’t changed since. Yours is obviously due before the end of the week so I imagine you’ll get a shipped notification on Tuesday or Wednesday

I may not be who you want to ask but figured I'd put it out there:

I just put in an order an hour ago (Sunday, Oct 23 2022). Got my Ultra earlier today with the Alpine Loop (which I don't mind but I used Sports loops for the last ... well since the S3).

it is offly odd how long of a wait it is for the TL. To be honest its not really worth the wait. If I wanted my watch earlier I would have went for a different band for sure. The oceanic band is very nice.

Order times are all over the place with the Trail Loop. Mine was slated for December and then jumped forward by a couple of weeks, but that was a couple of weeks ago and nothing further has happened since
 
An employee at a store told me they see Nov 4 as the store release day for buying the bands alone in their system; not sure how accurate it is. I assume the deliveries will also fall around there?

Yes I initially ordered with the trail loop and then changed to ocean band. Got my watch on launch day and ordered the trail loop after.

If you check out some of the other posts in the forum, it looks like you can get the M/L Black/Grey Trail Loop from T-Mobile and the S/M Black/Grey Trail Loop from Verizon, both shipping immediately (as of 2pm CT today).

My Black/Gray M/L trail loop ship date never moved from Dec 1-9 (ordered Oct 3).
So a couple days ago I canceled/ordered for a Nov 9-16 date

ETA: and now I see above re: tmob....i'll give them a try :)

My blue/Grey band order (the band by itself) has just switched to preparing to ship on Apple. I also received a ship notice of my other trail band on Amazon.

Backlog for Black/Grey M/L is growing again. Shipping range slipped a day to Nov 10-17 I hope T-Mob doesn't send me the wrong one!

That was me. Sucks. Further, TMo customer service had no idea what to do, since I am not a TMo customer. I ended up hanging up on her.
 
Yeah. It doesn't appear there is a way to cancel w/o calling...I guess I'll just let it get delivered, see how it looks, and return to a store/mail depending on what option is easier

So it looks like stores and online chat can’t help. You will have to call and get transferred around to the right sales department to get a remedy. Total botch by T-Mobile. Several of us that have had this happen wish there were a way we could alert people more broadly.
