iPod Tranferring library, Windoze to Mac

A friend of mine is a switcher; she just got an iBook. Her iTunes library is on her Windoze machine, but she wants to know how to transfer everything over to the Mac. I have no idea, myself. 🙂 She was told Windoze saves in a different format, so it would be tricky to do. Anyone know how to do it?

1. It would be nice if you actually used the correct spelling of 'Windows'. That way if someone searches for the this topic they can find it without having to try a bunch of different ways to spell 'Windows'.

2. If a song plays in iTunes on Windows, it should play in iTunes on Mac.

3. Try . Once connected, I would just FTP the songs.
