Transfer BootCamp from MBP to Mac Mini?

Need some help, here's my situation:

I need to transfer my Bootcamp partition from a 2012 MBP with one hard drive to a 2012 Mac Mini with 2 hard drives. I want to move the bootcamp partition onto its own drive on the mini. Is this possible? Thanks!

You may be able do it using WinClone, however, you might run into two problems: Windows will likely have to be activated again due to the different hardware; and depending on how your 2 hard drives are setup in the Mini, Windows may refuse to boot if it's not on the primary hard drive.
