Transfer downloaded game? [PC]

Hello! So we bought and downloaded a game and paid 20 bucks for it, but the computer is slow and sucks so we got a new computer. Is there a way to transfer said paid game to new computer??? Anyone??

Have you tried burning it to Disc? then transferring?
