Transfer emails from PC Outlook to Mac Mail

Actually more than just emails, I need to transfer all possible info/data (mails, contacts, events, etc.) from Outlook running on a PC to a new Mac running Mail.

Can it be done? All info/data? Some? How?

Well for some software on the XP side (OMG) try using the software O2M to see if it works. Plus there is the Mac OS X hint Move PC Outlook email to Mail.app along with other hints.

I migrated everything using MobileMe. Sign up for the free trial, load up the software on the PC, sync. Enter your credential on the Mac, let it sync. Cancel MobileMe before 30-day trial is over. Worked like a charm for me.
