Transfer files using RDC?

I am using RDC to connect from home to my office PC (Windows 7). I would like to periodically transfer files back and forth. This is simple as copy and paste from PC to PC, but I cannot figure out how to do this using RDC. Is there a simple method of doing such?

select which drive or folder do you want to see in PC

Thanks, but that does not work. I have it set so that my mac drive is available, but how do I actually transfer files from the PC to the Mac? Let me clarify: this is when I am on the Mac viewing the PC files remotely (not the other way around).
