Transfer/Install Apps from PC to Ipod Touch

Hi
Look im pretty frustrated, i have looked everywhere on the internet and im unable to find any information on this

I want a few apps from installous but they just wont get anywhere near the install screen

I have manually downloaded them to my PC, but i dont know how to install them to my ipod touch 3g 64gig 3.1.2

any help would be great

Hacks does not equal pirating.

I'd think the obvious place to get help for installous is from the people who make it.

Drag them into iTunes, then sync to your touch.
