Transfer iPhoto photos to a new computer?

What's the easiest way to transfer my iphoto photos, in their original content, to my imac?

Go to Applications>Utilites>Migration Assistant.

Its pretty straight forward from there on.

Copy the iPhoto Library file from Users/YOURUSERNAME/Pictures/iPhoto Library.
