Transfer iTunes songs from Windows to Mac for new iPhone 4

I've just bought an iPhone 4 and a Macbook. I have been using Windows and I have bought songs in iTunes and I would like to know how to transfer them to my new Macbook. I don't really know how the iTunes copy protection system works.
