Transfer Mac's Mail Application to Another Mac

Does anybody know how to transfer the emails and account information for Mac's Mail application to another mac?

Copy the contents of ~/Library/Mail/ and the mail preferences file ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail to the same locations on the other Mac.

Just for clarification... I moved com.apple.mail.plist since that was the only thing in there that resembled com.apple.mail

That's the right one! I was typing from memory: I'm on a Win 2k box at work.
