Transfer Notes List to Reminders?

Is this possible? I can't seem to find a way to transfer a long shopping list made in Notes to Reminders so I can check it off on my Watch. Only way seems to be to create the list all over again in Reminders.

If you want to go nuclear using a 3rd party app, look at Drafts 4.7 by agile tortoise.

You can do literally anything like that, create you own actions, scripts, it is super powerful.

You could also do it in Workflow. You'd use the share sheet.
