Transfer playlist after account is inactive?

So I had never tried Apple Music until I signed up with Verizon Wireless a few months ago. Apple Music was free with the unlimited plan. I decided to cancel my VZ and go with AT&T Wireless. I completely forgot about what would happen to my music. Now when I go to my app, I am logged out. I log in, and my playlists/music are gone.

Is there any way to get those back? My wife is still with VZ by the way if there's any workaround there.
