Hi go I've got 32GB of RAM for my 2011 iMac 27" can I use this RAM in a 2012 iMac if I upgraded? It's DDR3-1333MHz 204 pin SODIMM.

It may or may not work. 2012 iMac has DDR3-1600MHz which is what you should be using.
