transfer videos from pc to iphone

I have a video I made in windows movie maker, but how do I transfer it to my iphone?

You will need to convert the video with iTunes to be in the proper container, bit rate, and format for the device. Go to your Movie section on the right, locate the file, right click, then select "Convert for iPhone" or something like that. If that does not work, just get VLC for the iPhone, and use that app to watch the video.

I have a movies tab next to music. You have films. It would need to be setup to sync from in films, I guess.
