Transfering App to another iphone

I bought an app and don't want it anymore (found one I like better).
Is there anyway I can transfer , give it, to another iphone/person.

nope, its on your account and can't be transferred. you can't get a refund or anything, but if you don't want it anymore you can just delete it.

If someone syncs with your comp, they can get it and then transfer it back to their computer. They will need your username and password though to first use it and then if they ever have to update it they'd need it again.
