Universal Transfering data iPad <---> Android tablet

Hello,

I own iPad with iOS 10 and Android tablet with Android Lollipop. How to wirelessly transfer data between these tablets without needing cloud and Internet connection?

I do not think you can do this without something in between.

You will probably need something like a nas type storage then both devices can see it on your wifi network.

I use a samsung device for this.
my ipod/iphone/ipad can see it and can put data onto it then android can see it and copy data from it.

no internet needed just this device.

elf69: hello, I have NAS (WD My Cloud) and it works

all: I found app Instashare. I know it must be installed on both iPad and Android tablet. And it has app for Mac too, so I would be able to transfer files directly from Android tablet to Mac. But Instashare for iOS does not work for me (bugged). Any idea?

Solution is called Infinit. Works with Mac, Android tablet and iPad
